General: 5 years after the purchase of the licence. Name, address, e-mail address and telephone number: these are part of the customer base and relate to purely administrative data, which can only be accessed by employees for up to 10 years after the file has been closed. Data in contact forms on the website, e-mail traffic outside the archive, notes during telephone conversations: 1 year. Data from subscribers who subscribe to our newsletters and information feeds: until you unsubscribe or when our mailing systems indicate that messages are no longer being delivered or opened.

To ensure that the access request has been made by you, we ask that you submit a copy of your proof of identity with the request. Make your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN) in black on this copy. You should note that W-tecnic s.l. may not always be obliged to comply with your request for access, rectification, deletion or transfer.
